What we do
A real estate agency sends us the link to one of its listings, and the floor plan if there is one. We rebuild the unit in 3D from those photos: the rooms in the right order, the windows where they are, the furniture you see on the photos. Then we compare every view of the tour with the listing photo taken from the same spot, and correct it until it matches. Each tour also shows the building floor by floor, how much sun the unit gets, the view, and how far the train, schools and shops are on foot.
Nobody visits the unit and nobody needs a camera. That is the difference with a scan: a scan is more exact, but it needs someone on site with equipment. We built Highbuilt for the many listings where that visit never happens: tenanted units, owners abroad, agents across town, off-plan projects.
Who we are
Highbuilt was founded in 2026 by Nils, who works from Bangkok. The studio is small on purpose: every tour is built and checked by people, not generated by a tool you run yourself. We work for agencies in Thailand (Bangkok, Phuket, Pattaya) and in Dubai, and we can rebuild any apartment in the world, since we only need its listing.
How we work
- You send a listing link. No payment and no account needed to start.
- We rebuild the unit in 3D from the photos and the plan.
- We check every view against its photo before anything is sent.
- You get a link that opens on any phone, to share on WhatsApp, LINE, email or your website.
What we promise, and what we don't
- The tour looks like the apartment. If it doesn't, the first tour is refunded.
- It is a reconstruction, not a measurement. Each tour says so. For exact room sizes, use the developer's plan or a measured scan.
- It is only as good as the photos. Rooms nobody photographed can't be shown faithfully.
