- Staging. If the photos show empty or dated rooms, Collov restyles them in seconds. Highbuilt does not invent new furniture.
- Price. Even the Premium plan with AI tours costs less than half of Highbuilt per month.

Is Collov AI a real 3D tour?
Collov lists "AI 3D tours" on its Premium plan, generated from photos. Its site does not say whether the result is checked against the real unit, so ask for an example made from one of your own listings.
Can I stage a unit with Collov, then make a Highbuilt tour?
You can, but a tour should show the unit the buyer will get. If you use staged images, tell the buyer.
Why is Highbuilt more expensive?
Each tour is rebuilt and checked by people, room by room, and comes with the building and neighbourhood. Collov is software you run yourself.
