Where CubiCasa wins
- Floor plans. Its core job, fast and cheap, with dimensions from a real scan.
- Cost per unit. Around $10 a scan, with the first one free.
- Distribution. It is offered through US agent associations and MLSs, so many agents already have access.
Where Highbuilt wins
- No visit at all. When the unit is tenanted or the agent is far away, a scan isn't possible; the photos already are.
- A space to walk through, not a drawing. Buyers who don't read plans understand a tour.
- The building and street. Floor, view, sun and walking times, in the same link.
Honest limits of Highbuilt
- No measured floor plan: if room sizes must be exact, scan the unit.
- About 24 hours per tour.
- Built for agencies selling or renting to people abroad, mostly in Southeast Asia and Dubai.
Which one should you choose?
- You can visit and need a plan with dimensions → CubiCasa.
- The listing has photos but nobody can go there → Highbuilt.
- A listing has a CubiCasa plan already → send it with the photos: Highbuilt uses the plan to place the rooms.

FAQ
Can CubiCasa make a 3D tour?
It has launched "CubiCasa Tour", an interactive listing page built from the scan and photos. It still needs the phone scan on site.
Can Highbuilt use a CubiCasa floor plan?
Yes. A plan makes the reconstruction more accurate: send it with the listing link.
Is a Highbuilt tour measured?
No. It is rebuilt from photos and, when available, the floor plan. Each tour says it is a reconstruction.
