Where VirtualTourEasy wins
- Price per tour. At $19 a month on the Solo plan, it is far cheaper per listing than anything done by hand.
- Speed. Self-serve means minutes, not a day.
- A free plan. You can try it on three listings without paying.
- Video. It produces AI videos for social media, which Highbuilt does not make.
Where Highbuilt wins
- Faithful space. A panorama simulated from one flat photo guesses what sits outside the frame. We rebuild the rooms as one connected model, so walls, windows and furniture stay where they are on the photos.
- Nothing to do for the agent. You send a link; the tour comes back. No software to learn, no editing.
- The building and the street. Overseas buyers ask which floor, which way it faces, how much sun the balcony gets and how far the train is. The tour answers that in the same link.
- A guarantee. If the tour doesn't look like the unit, the first one is refunded.
Honest limits of Highbuilt
- It is slower: about 24 hours against minutes.
- It is a reconstruction, not a measurement. Rooms nobody photographed can't be shown faithfully, and each tour says it is a reconstruction.
- There is no free plan, and $599 a month (5 tours) only makes sense if you list units for buyers who can't visit.
Which one should you choose?
- You want a tour on every listing, today, at the lowest cost → VirtualTourEasy.
- You make social videos from listings → VirtualTourEasy.
- Your buyers or tenants live abroad and decide without visiting → Highbuilt.
- You don't want to touch any software → Highbuilt.
- You need exact measurements → neither: book an on-site scan (see Matterport).

How we compared
We read VirtualTourEasy's public website and pricing page on 2 November 2026 and compared its plans with ours. We did not open an account, so the quality of their output is described from their own pages, not tested. We run Highbuilt, so read our side with that in mind; every fact about VirtualTourEasy links to its source.
FAQ
Is VirtualTourEasy cheaper than Highbuilt?
Yes, per tour. Its Solo plan is $19 a month. Highbuilt costs $100 for the first tour, then $599 a month for 5 tours, because each tour is rebuilt and checked by people.
Does VirtualTourEasy make a real 3D model?
Its site describes 360° tours built from listing photos, converted photos or text. A 360° scene made from one flat photo is a simulated panorama, not a model of the whole unit you can walk through.
Can I use both?
Yes. Many agencies would use a self-serve tool for everyday listings and a Highbuilt tour for the units sold or rented to people abroad.
What is the catch with Highbuilt?
You wait about a day, and it costs more. In exchange you send a tour you can stand behind, and you pay nothing for the first one if it doesn't match the unit.
