Where Kuula and CloudPano win

  • Real photographs. A 360° photo is the real room, not a reconstruction.
  • Price. Free plans, and paid plans under $40 a month for many tours.
  • Property Finder. In Dubai, Kuula is an approved 360° provider on Property Finder, so tours can sit right on the listing.
  • Full control. You shoot, edit and publish when you want.

Where Highbuilt wins

  • No visit. When the unit is tenanted, the owner is abroad or the agent is across town, there is nothing to shoot. We start from the photos already on the listing.
  • Walk anywhere, not only where the camera stood. A 360° tour jumps between camera points; a model lets the buyer move through the whole unit.
  • The questions outside the walls. Floor, direction, sun, the walk to the train.
  • No camera, no learning curve.

Honest limits of Highbuilt

  • A 360° photo is truer than a reconstruction: if you can shoot the unit, that is the most faithful option.
  • We take about 24 hours.
  • Rooms never photographed can't be rebuilt faithfully.

How we compared

Kuula's and CloudPano's pricing pages returned errors when we tried to read them on 2 November 2026, so their prices come from a third-party comparison (linked below) and should be checked on their sites. Kuula's Property Finder integration comes from Kuula's own blog. We run Highbuilt.

FAQ

Do I need a 360° camera for Kuula or CloudPano?

Yes, or a phone adapter that shoots panoramas. Both tools assemble tours from 360° images you provide.

Is a Highbuilt tour less accurate than a 360° photo tour?

It is a reconstruction, so yes, a real 360° photo is more exact. In exchange it needs no visit and lets the buyer walk the whole unit and see the building and area.

Can I put a Highbuilt tour on Property Finder?

We give you a link and an embed code. Whether a portal displays external tours depends on that portal's rules.
