Very few companies in Thailand publish tour prices: studios and Matterport partners quote on request. So this page starts from what is public, the photo shoot every listing already pays for, and builds up from there.
The baseline: listing photos in Bangkok
| Who | What | Price | Source |
|---|---|---|---|
| Owners' blog, typical shoot | Photos of a rental condo | 1,500 to 3,000 THB ($44 to $88) | bangkok-inspect |
| BKK Condos | 15 photos | 3,500 THB (about $103) | bkkcondos.com |
| Independent photographer's rate card | 2-bedroom, 15 to 20 photos | 7,000 to 9,000 THB ($205 to $265); video +3,000 to 5,000 THB | rate card |
| Property video provider | VR property video | 3,000 THB (about $88) | Property videos Thailand |
So the visual budget of a typical Bangkok listing is small: around $50 to $250. Any tour has to be judged against that.

What a tour costs over a year
For an agency with 6 listings online at a time, about 24 listings a year:
- 360° software: about $200 to $600 a year in plans, one camera, and a visit to all 24 units.
- Matterport, done yourself: $1,080 a year for the 10-tour plan (about $45 per listing), a camera, and 24 visits. Details in Matterport's new pricing.
- Highbuilt: $100 per listing you choose. Most agencies don't need a tour on every listing, only on the ones whose buyers or tenants are abroad.
Why the visit is the real cost
In Bangkok, many resale and rental units are tenanted or owned by someone abroad. Getting into the unit means agreeing a time with the tenant or the juristic office, travelling across the city and coming back if the light is bad. For those units, the price of the tour matters less than whether anyone can go in at all. That is the case we built Highbuilt for: how to show a tenanted condo without a visit.
Is it worth it?
The only independent study we know of, on 43,000 listings, found that listings with a VR tour sold in 19 days instead of 34, at the same price (UT Dallas, 2025). It did not find a higher sale price, so be wary of anyone who promises one. And in Thailand most listings still have no tour: a 2022 count found one on about 15% of FazWaz sale listings (The Thaiger).
