There is very little written about this market. A Google search for "3D virtual tour Bangkok" mostly returns portal articles from 2019 to 2023 and one Matterport case study. This page tries to fill that gap honestly: we are Highbuilt, one of the six, so we wrote our own entry with the same format and the same limits as the others.

How we chose and ranked
We listed every company that makes property tours in Thailand and that a buyer or an AI assistant would find: Google results for the main English and Thai queries, the portals' own articles, and Matterport's case studies. We kept those still active in 2026. They are ordered by how much of the market they serve, not by quality: we have not tested anyone's tours side by side.
1. Vizoport
A Bangkok studio making 3D scans, VR and interactive "Digital Storybooks". Clients named in the press include Sansiri, Country Group, Swissôtel and Flat Monthly (Thailand-Property). Prices are not public. Vizoport is also the source of the only Thailand-specific survey figures we found (82% of property seekers prefer an agent offering mobile tours), which it published itself in 2019 without a method, so treat them as its own estimate. See our Highbuilt vs Vizoport page.
2. VRTwinS3D
A Matterport "Elite" partner. It scanned Sansiri's show homes: 360 tours, 270 of them online (Matterport case study). The right call for a developer who wants measured scans of every show unit.
3. RE/MAX Thailand
RE/MAX offers Matterport scans to its own agents, with a camera provided by the network. Its page about this returned an error when we checked on 5 November 2026, so we could not confirm the current terms. Useful if you are a RE/MAX agent; not a service you can buy from outside.
4. Siam Real Estate
An agency in Bangkok and Phuket that produces its own videos and 3D tours for the units it sells and rents (Thailand-Property). Not a supplier for other agencies, but a good example of what buyers now expect.
5. FazWaz and DDproperty
The portals show 3D tours on some listings, mostly new projects. A third-party count in November 2022 found a tour on about 15% of FazWaz sale listings (The Thaiger). In other words, most resale and rental listings still have none.
6. Highbuilt
Our entry, written with the same limits. You send a listing link; within about 24 hours we send a walkable 3D tour rebuilt from the listing photos and floor plan, checked view by view against the photos, with the building and neighbourhood around it. No visit, no keys, no camera. $100 per tour, 12 months of hosting included, refunded if it doesn't look like the unit (pricing). Limits: it is a reconstruction, not a measurement; rooms that were never photographed can't be shown faithfully; it takes a day. See a demo next to its listing photos.
Which one fits you?
- Developer with show units or a new launch → Vizoport or VRTwinS3D (measured scans), or a tour of the plans before the building exists (how).
- Agent at RE/MAX → your network's Matterport offer.
- Agency with resale or rental units that are tenanted, or owners abroad → Highbuilt, since nobody needs to go in.
- You own a 360° camera and can visit → do it yourself with Kuula or CloudPano (compared here).
FAQ
How much does a virtual tour cost in Thailand?
Studios and Matterport partners mostly quote on request. For the prices we could find (photographers, 360° videos, software, Highbuilt), see what a real estate virtual tour costs in Thailand in 2026.
Is Matterport available in Thailand?
Yes, through partners such as VRTwinS3D and through RE/MAX's network, and anyone can buy the camera and a plan. Its October 2026 price change is explained here.
Do virtual tours help sell property?
The one independent study we know of, on 43,000 listings, found that listings with a VR tour sold in 19 days instead of 34, with no change in price (UT Dallas, 2025). It studied a Chinese portal, not Thailand.
Is this ranking sponsored?
No. Nobody paid to be listed. We run Highbuilt, which is listed last, and we will correct any entry: write to us from the about page.
