How we picked them
We kept every option an agency in Southeast Asia or Dubai is likely to meet: the global names, the self-serve AI tools, and the local scan providers in Bangkok and Dubai. We excluded tools that only film a video. We run Highbuilt; it is listed by situation, not ranked first.

What the photo-based options don't tell you
A tour built from photos can be simulated (panoramas generated from one flat image), generated (AI rooms that may not match the unit) or rebuilt (one model of the real rooms, checked against the photos). Before you buy, send one of your own listings and check three things: are the windows where they are on the photos, are the rooms in the right order, and does the furniture match?
Highbuilt's own limits
- A reconstruction, not a measurement.
- About 24 hours per tour, not minutes.
- No virtual staging and no free plan; the first tour is refunded if it doesn't look like the unit.
How we compared
Prices and features come from each vendor's site where it loaded on 2 November 2026; where it didn't (Kuula, CloudPano, CubiCasa pricing), from named third-party sources, linked below. "Not published" means we found no public price. Each linked comparison page has the details and sources.
FAQ
What is the cheapest virtual tour for a property listing?
Free plans exist (Kuula, CloudPano, VirtualTourEasy), with limits. Paid self-serve tools start around $19 a month.
Which virtual tour needs no site visit?
VirtualTourEasy, Collov AI, BoxBrownie and Highbuilt all start from photos. Only Highbuilt rebuilds the unit as a walkable model for you.
Which is the most accurate?
A measured scan (Matterport, iGuide) or real 360° photos (Kuula, CloudPano). Photo-based options are reconstructions or simulations.
